A weak cocktail menu is the quietest way to leave A weak cocktail menu is the quietest way to leave money on the bar. Guests who order a well-made cocktail spend more, stay longer and come back.

The 2-Day Introduction to Cocktails Course at Dublin Bar Academy is built for businesses who want to lift the bar offering without spending a fortune. Two days, hands-on at a professional training bar, covering cocktail history, equipment and glassware, multi-order flow, technique, and a guided tasting of more than 30 classics so your team understands balance, texture and presentation, not just recipes.

Led by Richard Linden, founder of Dublin Bar Academy, with Head Instructor Gary Kelly. Every participant leaves with the Dublin Bar Academy Cocktail Book and the Classic Cocktail Bible of 80 reviewed recipes, so the learning lives on the back bar long after the course ends.

Dates: 25 and 26 May 2026, 10am to 5.30pm, at 141 North King Street, Dublin 7.
Network members €149.
Full fee €299.
