  • Working and Exhibition Flair  -­ Step behind any bar with confidence and style.
  • Customer Service -Develop your service skills to allow you to maximise your tips.
  • Brewery Visit – No trip to Dunlin would be complete without a visit to the Guinness Storehouse.
  • Beer – Draught & Cellar Management. How to change a keg, rotate stock and pour the perfect pint.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Free pouring skills – Pour 30ml of spirits each and every time with no measures
  • Spirits & Liqueurs in depth. – Learn the history of every major category and the methods behind production.
  • Infusions – The art behind flavouring and syrups.

Roberto Garcia – Head Instructor 

Roberto is one of the most respected bartenders in the Irish bartending community. He has over 17 years experience working in some of the worlds best bars. Before joining our team he worked as brand ambassador for Zignum Mescal.

Deilson Cercueira (Gino) – Senior Instructor

Originally from Brazil Gino has spent 7 years working as a top mixologist in Ireland. He has worked in places such as the Exchequer, Camden Exchange and Suesey Street. At the moment Gino is working as a senior mixologist in Drury Buildings. Gino is our cocktail specialist and he has been making the drinks list for some of  the best bars in town.

Cameron Mowat – Senior Instructor

Cam has been in the industry for just over 3 years now. His career kicked off in 4 star hotel in Oxford named Quod. In Dublin Cam has worked for Residents and Restaurant 41, a Michelin star establishment on the corner of St Stephens Green. Cam worked is way up to head bartender until he joined DBA as an instructor in 2017.
