This one-day module is designed to train members of the management and supervisory team on how to prevent and handle conflicts that occur in their workplace.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this programme participants will be familiar with common causes and signs of conflict, how the law relates to conflict management and the part they play as a company representative in the prevention and the handling of conflict.

Shannon College of Hotel Management

Gillian is a Chartered Member of the CIPD for 20 years and has worked in the HR world since. She held Senior Human Resource Management roles within the hospitality industry notably the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for the Radisson Blu Hotels in the UK and Ireland.
