How to be seen as an attractive place to work so people are drawn to you.
We cover the 3 key desires that influence staff want in a place of work right now. How to create a Career Success Plan that shows people how they can progress their career goals with you.
Session 2: Build your Team
How to create a team spirit so people feel motivated and enthusiastic at work.
We cover the key principles of building a successful team and agreeing new ways of working. This leads to people working together rather than individuals working on their own and how to create an environment where people are able to contribute fully.
Session 3: Create a Wellness Culture
How to avoid stress and burnout in your workplace. We cover the 5 signs of burnout, strategies to address them and how to create an environment where people are happy and healthy. How to include a culture of coaching in a practical day to day way so people are equipped with the skills to inspire and empower their staff.

Trainer – Una Crilly, Positive Impact
Una is a hospitality Leadership & Wellbeing Specialist, and an accredited Leadership Coach. She spent 22 years leading teams with a large retail group and now supports hospitality leaders in building great workplaces and in keeping their best people. She is an Emotional Intelligence practitioner, a qualified team coach and is a trained IBEC KeepWell assessor.
