Programme overview

The hospitality industry is in a crisis. It’s an employee marketplace and organisations need to work harder than ever to find and keep great people.

Businesses are having to compete to attract people because people can pick and choose where to work. You have to create an environment that is attractive to work in because you cannot only compete on money, as there is a limit to what you can pay.

The media describe the current job market as the “Great Resignation”. One study found that as many as 40% of employees are planning on changing jobs this year. In another, 50% of staff said the workplace culture was more important than the rate of pay when choosing a place to work. Businesses are having to sell themselves as attractive places to work like never before.

Businesses need direction and support to create an attractive workplace. You’re already overloaded with information.

The Positive Workplace Programme is unique in providing you with private coaching, peer support and clear direction. You get help with the particular challenges in your business and clarity on your challenges.

The programme is limited to 12 individuals because of the private coaching element and to create a supportive environment in which to create positive change.
