This 6 month programme covers the essential People Management Skills to engage and inspire your team to deliver High Performance and grow your business in these times.

This Leading with impact programme equips Managers with the latest interpersonal and leadership skills and strategies to engage, inspire and trigger motivation your hospitality team.

In these monthly virtual sessions we will support the implementation of these positive changes in your business to achieve immediate results. These are two hour sessions to support Leaders with implementing the cutting edge strategies and develop essential emotional intelligence and people management skills needed to engage and motivate teams in the modern hospitality workplace.
