Programme overview

This comprehensive programme equips participants with the skills and confidence to excel in training design, delivery, and needs analysis. Participants will gain practical insights and professional competence in facilitating effective learning experiences. This programme allows participants to engage either through instructor-led sessions. Upon completion, participants will be well-prepared to drive impactful training initiatives and contribute to organisational growth.

Programme Overview

Training Delivery and Evaluation ESF+

  • Training Delivery and Evaluation – Component Award. This award aims to provide all participants with an overview of the core Training Design and Delivery which will enhance their training ability on a practical and professional level.

Who is this course for?

This programme, involving both components is designed for both new and experienced trainers, consultants and those all already involved in Learning and Development roles. It is also designed for those who wish to receive an approved National Qualification.

Training Delivery and Evaluation – Trainer Led

This programme is designed to enable participants to impart skills and experience to others with confidence through designing and delivering professional training with positive learning outcomes for all involved. This course aims to provide all participants with an overview of the core Training Design and Delivery which will enhance their training ability on a practical and professional level.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this component you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the ability to design and deliver professional training sessions that yield positive learning outcomes.
  • Strengthen training competencies on practical and professional fronts.
  • Acquire an understanding of fundamental training design principles to optimise the effectiveness of training delivery.

Entry Requirements

  • Level 5 or equivalent in a relevant subject area
  • Participants must have English ILR Level 3 – Professional working proficiency.
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Competent in self-directed learning
