Programme overview

This programme gives new and existing team members the practical foundations they need to thrive in a busy hospitality environment. Covering five essential modules, learners will build confidence in professional communication, appearance and workplace behaviour, before completing accredited Food Hygiene Level 1 and Allergen Awareness training to meet legal and safety standards. The programme closes with a Customer Service module focused on delivering genuine, guest-first experiences.

Designed for mobile learning between shifts, it’s a practical starting point for anyone entering the industry, or a solid refresher for existing staff.
