How much does it cost to join the Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet?

The Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet is FREE to join.

Who can join the Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet?

Employers or those working in the restaurant & hospitality industry.

How frequently are the courses run?

Courses are run from January – June and September – December.

Where are the courses run?

Locations vary on the demand for training. Dublin and Cork are the most frequent locations for classroom training. We also offer virtual training programmes.

Does the network provide in company training?

Yes. In company training can happen throughout the year.

What is the cost of each course?

Each course price is listed under the specific training event page. Member companies can avail of member discount.

Who can attend the training courses?

Anyone who is currently employed within the restaurant & hospitality industry.

Skills Connect courses are designed for people who are currently unemployed.

How can I make payment for a course?

Payments can be made online via the training event page or by EFT once an invoice is requested.

What is the general layout of a training day?

The training day starts at 9.45am, tea/coffee break at around 11.15am, lunch at 1/1.30pm, training finishes approx. 4.30pm.

This can vary course to course. Please see the event page for specific start and finish times.

What do I bring with me to a training event?

Please bring a notepad, pen and calculator with you.
