These training packages include a mix of digital/e-learning training and onsite training delivered by our industry expert trainers to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for your business to be successful. These packages are the business solution to your annual upskilling plans.

Gold Package

Package Includes: 
  1. Digital Standard Operating Procedure training for Food & Beverage and Accommodation
  2. Certified Hospitality Programmes Level 1 & Level 2 including service and compliance e-learning
  3. Training delivered on site in the essential skills for the business (8 on-site sessions). Which can be:
    • Food & Beverage Skills
    • Customer Service
    • Accommodation
    • Reception Skills
    • Duty Manager Skills
    • Supervisory Skills

You choose which course to be delivered on site, this is tailored to your need.

Member Cost: €6,500 a year (€500 upfront and €1500 quarterly)

Non-Member cost: €8500.00
