Programme overview
This 4 part AI programme designed for the Restaurant & Hospitality Industry will take participants from AI foundations through to hospitality-specifc applications including booking management, guest communications, staff scheduling, inventory optimisation, review analysis, and revenue management.
Every exercise uses real hospitality scenarios from front of house operations to back office management.
This format is designed for busy hospitality professionals. Short, focused 2- hour sessions mean participants can attend without disrupting service periods. Recordings availabl for anyone who misses a live session.
