Programme overview

AI is already changing how hospitality businesses run, from rosters and menu costings to marketing, suppliers and customer reviews. This full-day online workshop is practical and hands-on. Delegates use AI on real hospitality tasks and identify where it can save time and improve everyday work. No technical background is needed. Delegates should have access to ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude before the session.

Trainer Profile

Mark Kelly – AI Ireland  

Mark Kelly is an AI keynote speaker, strategist and board advisor, and the founder of AI Ireland, Ireland’s national AI recognition and education platform.

He is also Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer of Alldus, an AI and cybersecurity staffing firm with offices in Dublin, New York and Glasgow.

Mark has delivered over 300 international keynotes for organisations including Microsoft, Oracle, Meta and PwC, and has trained more than 10,000 business leaders.

Through the AI Awards, which he runs, he has reviewed over 1,000 real-world AI projects — giving him a rare view of what actually works in practice and what quietly fails.

He hosts The AI Ireland Podcast, with over several hundred episodes, and is the author of the AI Unleashed book series.

Mark works as a practitioner rather than a commentator, and his sessions are built around real business processes.
