General Manager, Royal Irish Yacht Club

The IMI Hospitality Leadership programme has been a truly transformative experience. It provided me with advanced strategic frameworks that I could immediately translate into my daily operations as a General Manager. A standout aspect of the course was the ability to apply academic concepts to real-world scenarios, such as my project exploring the strategic transition of an independent hotel into an international brand model. The practical focus of this Level 9 programme is exceptional, and I highly recommend it to any hospitality professional looking to elevate their leadership capabilities and drive meaningful results in their organization.
